Access Control, CCTV, Intruder Alarm – Installation / Service Engineer

Essex & East London coverage 

£40,000 – £45,000 salary 8 hours and travel included

The security company based in Epping are looking for a hardworking, passionate field based security systems engineer to work alongside our current team.

The right candidate will have a proactive attitude and have a willingness to continue to learn in the industry,

As a company they install and commission and service the following systems:

• Access Control Systems
• CCTV
• Intruder Alarms
• Automated Doors & Gates

Experience:

• Minimum 5 Years’ experience in installing, maintaining and servicing Access Control CCTV and Intruder Alarm (Fire Alarms & Emergency Lighting would be advantageous)
• Previous experience of service or maintenance within the electronic security industry, integrating security systems (CCTV, Access Control) is highly advantageous.
• Experience in systems such as  Paxton, AXIS, Comelit, BPT, HIK Vision, Texecom, Pyronix
• Excellent fault finding and problem solving skills
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple Jobs simultaneously
• Ability to make decisions, prioritise tasks and work on own initiative to ensure high standards of service delivery
• Understanding of IP networking (highly desirable)

Education:

• Any relevant Security/CCTV/ a installation qualification (Desirable)

Licence:

• Full Clean UK Driving License (Required)
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) (Required)
• Language: English Spoken & Written (Required
