CCTV, Access Control and Intercom Service Engineer
A well established fast growing Electronic Security installer, formed in 2014 with a combined 60 years experience within the Fire & Security Industry is now looking to recruit!
The opportunity they are offering is excellent if you are looking to progress and build with a company.
First and foremost the engineer needs to be experienced in the Service/Faults of Access Control/Intercom and IP CCTV systems. As well as actively getting to grips with the current service and defects, the right candidate will actively assist the Projects Teams when the Projects are at commissioning stage.
Once familiarised with the sites and customers, they will be tasked with taking the lead as point of contact for technical and support queries.
Going forward, small works and where possible, up-sales and technical assistance will be added as required. Over time, when the individual has proven their reliability and suitability, the role will be developed to eventually manage the service and maintenance department, for the right person.
PLEASE NOTE: The candidate will be hands on and will need to proactively work the role from the beginning, servicing, repairing and on call and see it through. This is not a management position now but it is the intention to build to this via the above route with a suitable candidate.
They must be able to take responsibility for resolving problems, first time fix approach and quality customer service.
Covering M25 and surrounding areas Company Van, Overtime, Holidays, Mobile Phone, Laptop. Basic salary is dependent on experience but averaging between £33,000 – £35,000.
The salary will be dependent on skillset
