We are looking for a fire supervisor who is to assist the Fire Contracts Manager on multiple contracts providing PPM servicing / reactive fire fault finding / installation works and fire projects.
We are looking for a supervisor who is able to learn and assist aspects of the documentation, quoting, ordering materials, liaising with the client and ensuring our fire engineers out in the field are carrying out their work in accordance with the latest British Standard, industry guidance and our company procedures.
You will need to have on site experience in installation / commissioning / fault finding and PPM servicing so when our engineers seek assistance, you have the experience and knowledge to be able to provide efficient support to ensure the team are providing the best possible service to our clients.
Attend the office to assist with stock and material needs of Fire Engineers in the morning. Checking certification and reports that have been completed by our fire engineers to ensure they are technically correct and suitable to send off to our client’s. Assist the Fire Contracts Manager to purchase materials / allocate works and carry out site inspections.
Respond to any technical or operational queries by the fire engineers
This person must have
Understanding of the current British Standards relevant to the works we carry out.
Full UK Driving Licence – please disclose if you have any points or driving convictions or accidents within the last 5 year
Be able to provide 2x references and to undertake a DBS check with no cautions or convictions that may restrict you working for our clients
To have good communication skills to liaise with the customer and our team.
