Fire & Security Service Controller with Service Manager Opportunity

Due to our continued growth ‘ambitious and driven’ my client have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and talented service controller to join their growing and motivated team.

The Role

Based from our HQ in Thetford, Norfolk and reporting directly to the managing director, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of PPM service contract management. Working closely with our multi-skilled engineers who operate across a wide range of commercial sectors throughout East Anglia, to deliver outstanding customer service and contract retention.

 Duties

Management, coordination and delivery of PPM service contracts and compliance works

·        Scheduling engineers and reactive call out’s

·        Inspection reports and certificates

·        Liaising directly with customers and engineers

·         Small works quotations and invoice generation

 Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for a growing book of service contracts

·        Planning and delivery of PPM’s and compliance works

·        Customer service and support

·        Service software development, expansion and refinement

·        Maintaining strong and long-lasting client relationships

 Must haves;

Fire industry specific experience

·        A good understanding of service contracts, PPMs and small works

·        Exceptional customer service and organisational skills

·        Reliable, sociable & highly communicative

·        IT/service software knowledge

·        Self-motivated with an eye for detail

·        A strong ability to take ownership and be resourceful
