£38,000 starting salary but negotiable dependening on experience.
My SSAIB client is looking to recruit a Security & Fire Engineer, with a background in intruder and fire alarm systems, CCTV and access control, and with an interest in custom AV and home automation systems. They offer a wide range of security and custom AV solutions for both domestic and commercial premises, including but not limited to:
- Intruder & Fire Alarm Installation & Maintenance
- IP Specialists in CCTV, Door Entry, & Access Control Installation & Maintenance
- Structured Cabling & Data Networking
- Custom AV – Multi-Room Audio Visual, Cinema Rooms
This Security & Fire Engineer will be responsible for carrying out installation, fault finding, maintenance and servicing of systems across Kent.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Installation of fire and security systems
- Periodic preventative maintenance of fire and security systems
- Providing an efficient response to emergency call outs
- Fault finding, test and repair of malfunctioning systems
You should possess the following key skills and experience:
- Full UK driving license
- Excellent attention to detail and time-keeping
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Experience within the security and fire industry
- Experience within the Custom AV industry is advantageous however not essential!
