Project/Technical Manager – Essex based
£40,000 to £50,000 basic
An expanding company based in Essex, IFC and NICEIC accredited installing passive fire protection such as cavity barriers, penetrations, fire doors etc. Most sites are in London and the South East but occasionally throughout the UK.
The role will be office based with site attendance.
The Projects/Technical Manager will be required to oversee on the technical side of the business and oversee 3 installation managers and one compliance administrator.
The ideal candidate would be qualified in FDIS, ASFP L2 or ideally 3 and an IFE Membership would be desirable.
They will also be responsible for getting the company BM Trada accredited and maintaining the accreditations.
